AOG Shield is a decision-support and risk-advisory system. It does not determine airworthiness, approve parts for installation, certify regulatory compliance, or replace human maintenance, quality, or planning review. Demos, sample reports, and any accompanying metrics use synthetic data for illustration only. They do not reflect real operations or real-world accuracy and should not be relied on as such.

The website, product, and their content are owned by Ashe System and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use them for evaluation; no other rights are granted.

The site and product are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ashe System will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or product.
